Job Summary

  1. Pre-Sales & Business development Support
  • Collaborate with Business Development to evaluate RFPs/RFQs customer requirements and project feasibility.
  • Participate in customer calls during the pre-sales phase.
  • Coordinate with internal functions (R&D ADL Manufacturing QA RA Engineering EHS Supply Chain) to gather inputs for project costing timelines batch size and resource planning.
  • Prepare or support preparation of project proposals technical slides costing inputs and project execution strategies.
  • Assist BD in identifying scope boundaries assumptions risk areas and mitigation strategies for proposals.
  1. Customer Project Leadership (Post-Award)
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customer and internal teams from kick-off to commercial execution.
  • Drive project kick-off define scope deliverables risk profile and communication protocols.
  • Maintain transparent professional communication with customers and ensure timely updates.
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Lead cross-functional teams across R&D Analytical Process Engineering QC QA RA Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure readiness for technology transfer scale-up validation and commercial manufacturing.
  1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines Gantt charts risk registers and trackers.
  • Monitor progress against agreed milestones and drive corrective actions when required.
  1. Risk Compliance & Regulatory Support
  • Identify technical operational cost and regulatory risks early and build mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with cGMP ICH customer regulatory expectations and internal SOPs.
  1. Budget & Resource Management
  • Support costing during pre-sales and ensure adherence to the approved budget post-award.
  • Coordinate resource planning and material readiness across departments.
  1. Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain complete project documentation including minutes trackers change controls deviations and CAPAs.
  • Provide periodic project dashboards and presentations for senior leadership reviews.
  1. Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer experience and streamline internal processes.
