Position:Front Desk Receptionist
Location:Santa Fe Springs CA (on-site)
Pay Rate Pending(Indicated above is placeholder)
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate team
- Answer and redirect incoming calls (average 90 calls per day on slower days; 2-5 minutes per call)
- Input formulas into Acumatica once tinters turn in paperwork
- Change bases on products being tinted and adjust pricing accordingly
- Check in customers review order status collect vehicle information and complete sign-in
- Send emails and/or texts when orders are ready for pickup
- Notify the order desk and/or warehouse of urgent customer requests
- Mark HI orders complete on the tracker once finished
- Accept color samples and email Customer Service and Home Improvement Coordinator to notify them samples have been dropped off
- Connect customers with the appropriate sales representative for their area
- Maintain a log of all walk-in customers
- Download order loading logs into customer Acumatica files
- Refill order forms and pamphlets in the lobby
- Keep the lounge area clean and stocked
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Review orders weekly to confirm they have shipped and been billed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
