Job Summary

  1. Transactional & High-Intent Content Strategy

  • Lead content strategy with a strong focus on commercial and transactional intent keywords such as: Cost pricing timelines ROI comparisons and buying guides

  • Oversee high-volume content production aligned to revenue outcomes not just traffic

  • Drive continuous optimisation sprints including Internal linking strategies and

    • Topical authority building across core service areas

    • Content refresh and consolidation

  1. Technical SEO Ownership & Future-Proofing

  • Own and execute the technical SEO roadmap including:

    • Advanced Schema and structured data implementation

    • Optimization for search engine results and generative AI visibility

  • Maintain strong technical hygiene by managing:

    • Indexation and crawl errors

    • Canonicalization redirects and site architecture

  • Ensure complete and accurate analytics and tracking infrastructure including:

    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    • Conversion event tracking across the funnel

  • Stay ahead of SEO and search ecosystem changes to future-proof organic growth.

  1. Authority Building & Geo-Expansion

  • Execute authority-building initiatives by: Establishing and optimizing brand presence on professional and review platforms (e.g. Behance DesignRush etc.)

  • Lead organic growth strategies for international and localized markets including: Country- and region-specific SEO pages (e.g. UAE and other priority geographies) and localization of content and keyword strategy

  • Increase global visibility while maintaining high intent and relevance.

  1. Conversion Funnel Design & Lead Segmentation

  • Design deploy and continuously optimize interactive qualification tools such as: Cost & ROI calculators Business/technical readiness assessments Diagnostic scoring frameworks

  • Leverage behavioral data diagnostic scores and engagement signals to: Segment leads by business maturity and technical readiness and enable personalized follow-ups and efficient handoff to the consultation/sales team. Improve lead quality reduce sales friction and increase conversion velocity.



Requirements

  • 45 years of B2B IT Services Digital Marketing experience.

  • Strong expertise in SEO (technical transactional content and organic lead generation)

  • Proven experience in conversion funnel optimisation and lead qualification

  • Hands-on experience with GA4 GTM conversion tracking and CRM tools

  • Ability to drive revenue-focused growth not just traffic
