About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO AEO GEO Specialist with 23 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices keyword research technical SEO and content optimization. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic improving keyword rankings and enhancing overall website visibility. Strong technical knowledgeespecially in WordPressis essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword intent and query research considering search engines AI-driven answers and generative platforms using tools like Google Keyword Planner Ahrefs SEMrush etc.
Optimize website content blogs and landing pages for SEO (Search Engines) AEO (Answer Engines) and GEO (Generative Engines) to improve visibility across traditional search results and AI-powered responses.
Implement on-page optimization including meta tags headers URL structure internal linking schema markup FAQs structured data and image optimization to enhance discoverability and answer relevance.
Create and optimize content for featured snippets People Also Ask voice search and AI-generated answers focusing on clear intent-based and conversational formats.
Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics Google Search Console and other tools along with tracking visibility on AI and generative search platforms.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl issues indexing problems page speed bottlenecks Core Web Vitals issues and broken links.
Support link-building and authority-building activities including outreach guest posting brand mentions and competitor backlink analysis to strengthen trust signals for AI and search engines.
Track and report key metrics such as keyword rankings impressions CTR organic sessions conversions backlink health and AI visibility trends.
Collaborate with content design and development teams to ensure SEO AEO and GEO best practices are consistently implemented across all digital assets.
Stay updated with AI search trends algorithm updates generative search behavior and evolving best practices ensuring strategies are not dependent on SEO alone.
Requirements
3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house) with exposure to AEO and AI-driven search considered a strong advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain SEO AEO and GEO concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors user intent and how AI and generative engines influence search visibility.
Hands-on experience with key tools including:
Google Analytics & Google Search Console
SEMrush Ahrefs Moz (preferred)
Screaming Frog or any website audit tool
Working knowledge of AI-powered search behavior featured snippets voice search and structured data.
Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
Experience in SEO content writing answer-based content or content optimization (added advantage).
Strong analytical data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving AI search trends.
