- Position Summary
| We are hiring an Analyst to Finance process for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business products and services within India business. The invoicing creating ledger entries reconciliation of revenue tasks direct clients per IRDAI guidelines. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle and the various actions required for New Business/Renewals Mid-Term Adjustments recovery and highlighting any discrepancies. |
- Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Book of accounts create ledger entries and perform match exercise on daily basis
- Perform regular reconciliations for brokerage and accounts receivable resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial standards
- Create verify and issue invoices coordinate with clients & insurers for timely payments and maintain organized invoicing records
- Suggest and implement improvements to accounting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams communicate with clients work with underwriters and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance
- Assist in preparing financial reports analyze financial data and support audits with necessary documentation
- Perform regular audit to maintain quality
- Publish report to understand the overall payment cycle and mitigation plan for any gaps
- Advance Excel proficiency

- Coordinate closely with brokers and underwriters to ensure smooth processing of all transactions maintaining clear communication and addressing issues promptly
