Job Summary
Position: Fleet Officer
Department: Operations
Reports to: Operations Manager / Country Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all company vehicles: maintenance scheduling repairs fuel control.
- Build an effective fleet tracking and reporting system.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and transport regulations.
- Oversee drivers performance discipline and daily route assignments.
- Prevent misuse of vehicles and control operational fuel costs.
- Work closely with Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements
- 3 years in fleet or logistics experience.
- Experience in operations transport or manufacturing sector preferred.
- Ability to manage drivers and handle field operations.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
