Client Communication: Prepare and send introductory and follow-up emails to existing and potential clients. Templates or guides will be provided
Proposal Follow-ups: Track and follow up on proposals sent to clients ensuring timely communication and updates.
Department Liaison: Request and consolidate reports from various departments on behalf of the executive.
General Admin: Handle other typical VA tasks such as data entry document formatting travel arrangements and online research.
Requirements
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficient in using email platforms calendar tools (e.g. Google Calendar Outlook) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
