Job Summary

Were looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary electrical development efforts across hardware and embedded systems. This role blends technical leadership with project execution guiding teams through complex designs while maintaining schedule and budget accountability. Its well suited for someone who enjoys mentoring engineers and owning delivery from concept through release.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities across hardware firmware and FPGA development efforts.
Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation using tools such as MS Project.
Review and guide development of schematics PCBs and sensor-based systems to ensure technical quality and alignment with requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with optics firmware and mechanical designs.
Track project progress manage risks and communicate status timelines and priorities to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
Experience managing electrical engineering teams and complex technical projects.
Strong background in electrical system design including schematics and PCB-based systems.
Familiarity working alongside firmware and FPGA development teams.
Demonstrated experience with project scheduling budgeting and execution oversight.
Knowledge of sensors electronics and system-level integration.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
