Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities across hardware firmware and FPGA development efforts.
- Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation using tools such as MS Project.
- Review and guide development of schematics PCBs and sensor-based systems to ensure technical quality and alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with optics firmware and mechanical designs.
- Track project progress manage risks and communicate status timelines and priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- Experience managing electrical engineering teams and complex technical projects.
- Strong background in electrical system design including schematics and PCB-based systems.
- Familiarity working alongside firmware and FPGA development teams.
- Demonstrated experience with project scheduling budgeting and execution oversight.
- Knowledge of sensors electronics and system-level integration.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
