JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Idaho license required (open to licensing)
Board: NBCRNA
DEA: Required
CSR: Idaho CSR required
Certifications: As required by facility
Experience: Minimum 1 year (6 months considered)
Other Qualifications: Comfortable with Level II trauma; supervision model up to 4:1
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
Participate in scheduled shifts and assigned call coverage
Work within a supervision-based anesthesia model
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Comply with facility policies and patient safety standards
