Job Summary
Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas. The Internal Sales Consultant proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business. This position ensures constant communication with all members of the team as well as with the producers working to develop strong relationships and promoting agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas marketing campaigns illustrations and effective management and utilization of Hanleigh resources. Position will be Hybrid in the office a few days per week.Job Description
