As this company continues to scale they are creating a Training & Development Manager role to ensure consistency leadership development and long-term employee success across every location.
This is a high-impact field-based leadership role designed for someone who can train coach develop and elevate teams at every level of the operation.
Role Overview
The Training & Development Manager will serve as the companys internal coach and culture carrier responsible for onboarding training development and performance alignment across all nine locations.
This role requires full statewide travel and daily engagement inside the shopsworking directly with technicians service advisors foremen and managers to reinforce standards develop talent and drive execution.
