As this company continues to scale they are creating a Training & Development Manager role to ensure consistency leadership development and long-term employee success across every location.

This is a high-impact field-based leadership role designed for someone who can train coach develop and elevate teams at every level of the operation.

Role Overview

The Training & Development Manager will serve as the companys internal coach and culture carrier responsible for onboarding training development and performance alignment across all nine locations.

This role requires full statewide travel and daily engagement inside the shopsworking directly with technicians service advisors foremen and managers to reinforce standards develop talent and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Training

• Lead onboarding for new hires across all roles and locations
• Train teams on company processes systems service flow and customer experience standards
• Ensure consistency in execution across all shops

Development & Coaching

• Conduct 30/60/90-day reviews for new and transitioning employees
• Identify skill gaps and implement structured development plans
• Coach team members and managers on performance leadership and accountability
• Support internal promotions and long-term career pathways

Field Leadership & Culture

• Travel regularly to all 9 Arizona locations with no restrictions
• Reinforce company values culture and operational expectations
• Act as a trusted partner to Store Managers and Service Managers
• Protect culture while supporting growth and scalability

Performance & Retention

• Improve employee engagement and retention through strong onboarding and training
• Help standardize SOPs training materials and best practices
• Partner with ownership and leadership on long-term people development strategy

Compensation

• Total compensation up to $150000 based on experience and impact
