Were expanding our team and looking for entry-level Automotive Technicians and Lube Technicians who are eager to grow their careers with a premier BMW dealership. Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service take pride in their work an enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics troubleshooting and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience or technical training required; dealership experience a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
