Key Responsibilities
Provide TEM instruments services including installation basic training preventative maintenance repair and compliance services.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory.
Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.
Supply to high-value service related procedures and documents.
Help Service Sales Representative on service orders.
electron microscope experience is helpful
An University degree or equivalent experience in electronic system fixing. Life science related experience preferred.
Typically requires hands on technical experience for installing solving repairing and calibrating complex tools. Fresh graduated can also be considered.
Proven ability to solving complex systems and subsystems down to component level is preferred.
Experience on fixing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Able to read and interpret schematics
