The ideal candidate must have prior bartending experience be comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and have consistent weekend availability. A positive attitude excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential!
What will I be doing
As a Server Assistant you would be responsible for in room dining orders as well as stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist with the preparation and organization of in-room dining orders.
Deliver food and beverage items promptly and courteously to guest rooms.
Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols.
