Job Summary

Service Advisor High-Energy Closer for an Automotive Repair Shop

Location: Desoto TX

Schedule: 5 Day work week with 2 days off in a row. Shop is currently open Monday-Saturday with plans to go 7 days a week in the new year.

Compensation: Competitive base aggressive bonus structure - Total Compensation Range - $75k-$130k

What Youll Do

This is an in-the-trenches role. Youll:

Greet customers listen actively and build trust quickly
Perform detailed walk-arounds and verify vehicle concerns hands-on
Stay in the bays with the technicians to understand recommendations thoroughly
Present estimates with confidence and close at a high percentage
Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
Drive sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity
Manage workflow efficiently to support both customers and technicians
Deliver a world-class service experience that keeps customers coming back

What Were Looking For

We need a Service Advisor who thrives in a high-energy boots-on-the-ground environment:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer
Strong closing skills you know how to overcome objections and build value
Comfortable being in the bays interacting with techs and verifying concerns
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Organized proactive and great at controlling the front counter
A positive team-first attitude
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
