Key Responsibilities
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors ensuring they feel valued while providing them with all the essential information they need for an enjoyable stay.
- Handle the arrivals and departure process smoothly and accurately adhering to hotel policies and ensuring all billing and payment transactions are completed correctly.
- Stay informed of all Hotel VIPs corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are anticipated and fulfilled.
- Demonstrate expertise in the hotels services promotions and nearby attractions offering tailored recommendations to enhance guest experiences and drive the hotel revenue.
