Job Summary
Requirements:
- Male/Female 30-35 years old.
- Minimum bachelors degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Masters degree is highly preferred.
- Have minimum 7 years experiences working in the construction project site.
- Have experience and ability to manage few staff in the multiple project sites.
- Experience in MEP supervision QA/QC MEP Engineering on construction projects (Experience in data center and/or manufacturing projects is highly preferred).
- Have knowledge of MEP systems building codes and construction processes and depth understanding of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Understand about Fire Life Safety Code and its implementation in the building.
- Understand about Fire Fighting System Code(s) and its implementation in the building.
- Understand about HVAC systems Code(s) and its implementation in the building.
- Have experience in the project site relate to Electrical Safety Assessment and Energy Audit activities.
- Have ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems.
- Experience or have involved process inspection witnessing and doing SAT and FAT.
- Have certificate of competencies (SKK) i.e. SKK related to Electrical Mechanical and Plumbing field.
- Have an AK3 Listrik Certificate of competency is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
