Job Summary

The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for planning developing and executing all marketing communication strategies to enhance the hotels brand image visibility and market positioning. This role oversees both online and offline marketing activities to support room revenue F&B outlets events and overall hotel promotions.

The position ensures brand consistency in accordance with corporate and brand standards manages media relations digital platforms social media advertising and promotional materials and collaborates closely with Sales Revenue and Operations teams to deliver effective communication campaigns. The Marketing Communication Manager also supervises creative content monitors marketing performance manages budgets and coordinates with external vendors agencies and media partners to maximize exposure and return on investment.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Public Relations Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in Marketing Communication preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry

  • Strong knowledge of hotel branding digital marketing social media management and content creation

  • Proven experience in handling media relations advertising promotions and marketing campaigns

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

  • Creative detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in marketing tools social media platforms and basic design or content management systems

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and ROI

  • Good budgeting negotiation and vendor management skills
