Job Summary

  • Business Growth and P&L Management: Develop and drive business growth and P&L for the Integrated Thermal Management System (ITMS) and Components (WaterPump Valve with Manifold etc.).
  • Business Leadership and Relationship: Consolidate requirements to develop the product roadmap and pipeline for new business in consultation with engineering teams. Collaborate with project teams to execute the roadmap and plans for awarded programs. Establish and maintain a strong customer network. Regularly review with customers to ensure deliverables meet timelines and objectives.
  • Customer Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Analyze both existing and new customer bases to develop business cases understand purchase criteria address customer pain points create and deliver winning value and identify customer expectations and decision-making factors. Develop cost structures and P&L statements with financial leaders to guide pricing strategies. Participate in commercial negotiations with sales leaders including pricing incentives services and conditions to secure profitable business and manage the P&L of assigned customer accounts before and after SOP.
  • Define Product Positioning: Identify our Right-to-Win and Weak-to-Win scenarios and integrate these insights into the product roadmap to leverage strengths and address weaknesses. Stay competitive by cataloging industry players and supply chain dynamics and conducting comprehensive pros and cons analyses. Understand competitors strategies behaviors differentiators and their market impact.
  • Team Building and Interpersonal Skills: The candidate must possess excellent team-building capabilities and interpersonal skills cultivate and lead a cross-functional team to drive innovation and growth.
