The Head of Business Excellence and Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Excellence and Operations team to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans forthe Business Excellence and Operations team
- Provide leadership direction and guidance to the Business Excellence and Operations team to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and develop/implement solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Provide training and support to business teams on best practices processes and tools to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement Business metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Business Operations or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience working with Leading
Business Consulting firms is preferred
