We are looking for you! As a Disputes Specialist you will manage daily tasks related to customer billing master data for contracts and pricing while assisting in dispute resolution for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will play a key role in supporting collection goals and providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and correct disputed invoices by identifying and resolving root causes to prevent recurrence.
Produce and deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner while auditing volumes and revenues for data integrity.
Analyze and interpret commercial contracts to set up and maintain customer contract profiles in the billing system.
Implement price attainment plans and customer billing in accordance with contract terms and corporate guidelines.
Collaborate with sales account managers Customer Master groups and Division Management to ensure record accuracy and effective administration of invoice error rates.
Communicate with internal and external customers via phone email and other channels to resolve issues and eliminate habitual customer concerns.
Provide support and reporting to Division and Corporate management regarding accurate billing goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting finance marketing or a related field; OR three years of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Kite.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple tasks or interruptions with a professional demeanor.
Basic mathematical proficiency including the ability to compute rates ratios and percentages.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP knowledge and experience.
