We are looking for you! As a Disputes Specialist you will manage daily tasks related to customer billing master data for contracts and pricing while assisting in dispute resolution for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will play a key role in supporting collection goals and providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and correct disputed invoices by identifying and resolving root causes to prevent recurrence.

• Produce and deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner while auditing volumes and revenues for data integrity.

• Analyze and interpret commercial contracts to set up and maintain customer contract profiles in the billing system.

• Implement price attainment plans and customer billing in accordance with contract terms and corporate guidelines.

• Collaborate with sales account managers Customer Master groups and Division Management to ensure record accuracy and effective administration of invoice error rates.

• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone email and other channels to resolve issues and eliminate habitual customer concerns.

• Provide support and reporting to Division and Corporate management regarding accurate billing goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance marketing or a related field; OR three years of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Advanced knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Kite.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization.

• Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple tasks or interruptions with a professional demeanor.

• Basic mathematical proficiency including the ability to compute rates ratios and percentages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP knowledge and experience.

• ALTO knowledge and experience
