Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems and software
  • Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist in network administration tasks
  • Ensure security protocols are followed to protect company data
  • Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certification such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified IT Professional
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $35000 to $40000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees will also receive benefits such as healthcare retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
