Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and software
- Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in network administration tasks
- Ensure security protocols are followed to protect company data
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certification such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified IT Professional
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $35000 to $40000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees will also receive benefits such as healthcare retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
