Our broad and deep client relationships market-leading platform and intellectual insights enable us to be a world-class service provider to our clients for their financing market access and portfolio management needs.

Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanleys Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across IED ranging from those associated with sales trading analytics strats to risk management.

Primary Responsibilities

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the Hong Kong Content development & Sales Teams. The role will require a fast-learning dynamic pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day tasks & activities.

What youll do in the role:

• Research Summaries: Compiling summaries of published research

• Tracking Research changes: Tracking & reporting changes done by research to stock ratings & price targets

• Maintaining the meeting agenda: Co-ordinating with analysts in Asia-Pacific region to schedule the morning meetings on a daily basis

• Week Ahead: Preparing earnings calendar for Asia Pacific region

• Events Calendar: Preparing a list of economic data events

• Speaker Tracking: Tracking of speaker details who have presented in the morning & afternoon meetings

• Ad-hoc requests: There will also be adhoc requests related to markets

What youll bring to the role:

We are looking for a confident and outgoing person who has exceptional attention to detail and is proactive in taking initiative.

• Graduate ( graduates with 1-2 years of financial market exposure) or CFA Level 1 clear with financial market knowledge

• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal; Excellent business writing skills

• Advanced knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Office - Word Excel and PowerPoint.

• Attention to detail

• Problem solving skills

• Usage of AI tools will be an added advantage
