Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new partners (NBFCs MFIs Banks etc.) for Group Credit Life products. Drive group insurance business growth through existing and new tie-ups. Partner Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Provide training product awareness and support to partner staff. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for group credit life products. Track partner performance and ensure achievement of productivity benchmarks. Product Customization & Support: oUnderstand partner requirements and collaborate with the product team to develop tailored credit life solutions. Provide end-to-end support for group scheme setup onboarding and servicing. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales onboarding and servicing activities comply with IRDAI and internal guidelines.
