Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced law and motion attorney to join our this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases filing complaints drafting motions and interpleaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft and file complaints motions and interpleaders
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well-reasoned written arguments
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Organize and maintain case-related documents and filings
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support litigation strategy
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
2 years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy integrity and professionalism
Excellent communication skills
Compensation
Salary Ranger: $100000 $175000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
