DescriptionThe Department of Neurology is seeking Visiting Scholar/Consultant.
ResponsibilitiesActive engagement in a broad portfolio of stroke-related research initiatives spanning both observational and interventional study designs. Responsibilities include contributing to the design execution and analysis of prospective and retrospective clinical studies; managing and curating clinical datasets; and assisting with regulatory documentation and IRB compliance. The role also involves active participation in NIH-funded StrokeNet clinical trials including patient screening and enrollment data collection and quality assurance coordination with multidisciplinary research teams and collaboration with principal investigators across a national research network. Additional activities may include manuscript preparation abstract development for national conferences and involvement in grant-related research efforts.
