The Senior Lead Stadium Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the stadium ensuring a safe efficient and exceptional experience for guests staff and vendors. This role combines leadership problem-solving and hands-on supervision to maintain operational excellence during events and non-event days.
Pay: $22.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise stadium operations including seating areas concourses restrooms and VIP sections.
- Ensure compliance with safety security and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance security and event teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Lead and supervise a team of event staff ushers and support personnel.
- Assign duties monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Assist with scheduling timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events.
- Oversee crowd control guest services and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing incidents and operational improvements.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in stadium arena or large venue operations with supervisory experience.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
