You will engineer virality by leading a team of US-based creators to produce algorithm-breaking content for global brands. This role involves deep strategic planning analyzing daily performance metrics to iterate content and managing production workflows. What you will do:

Recruit onboard and manage a high-performing team of US-based UGC creators.
Analyze daily video performance data to identify hooks and formats that maximize algorithmic reach.
Oversee the end-to-end production of daily content assets for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 13 years of experience in content strategy with a deep understanding of audience psychology.
Demonstrates high agency and the ability to work effectively during US time zones from a physical office.
Balances creative storytelling with a logical analytical approach to social media growth and reporting.
