We are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic Medical Office Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist you will have the opportunity to work in a fulfilling career in healthcare. Youll be a great fit if you find joy in:
- Answering phone calls from patients referring doctors and vendors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Having face-to-face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
- Updating data in an Electronic Health Record with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collecting payments of all types including cash checks and credit cards with professionalism and tact
- Prepping paperwork mailings and clerical duties
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
