Join Qantas in Perth as the Team Leader Resource and FIFO Operations where you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery of charter services for Qantas strategic FIFO customers across Queensland and Western this position youll manage a dedicated team of Resource & FIFO Operations Coordinators ensuring smooth end-to-end processes from bookings and manifesting to disruption management.
Youll work closely with internal teams and external clients to guarantee operational excellence safety and an outstanding customer experience. If youre passionate about leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Youll have:
- Min 5 years experience withing airlines and/or travel management
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate guide and develop a team
- Excellent stakeholder management including the ability to build strong relationships influence outcomes and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Strong decision-making skills and flexibility to respond quickly to schedule changes and unexpected events while ensuring compliance
- Excellent negotiation relationship management and problem-solving skills to balance client needs with Qantas commercial and operational priorities
- Self-motivated with a high level of organisational skills initiative and willingness to contribute to problem solving
