What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
- Manage incoming leads via email phone and online chat
- Make proactive outbound calls to current and prospective customers
- Track customer communications using our CRM system
- Stay current on service offerings pricing and monthly specials
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
- Respond professionally to email and phone inquiries daily
- Guide customers to product information and service resources
What Youll Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience or ability to learn quickly
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Team player mindset
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
This position requires extended periods at a workstation and the ability to move throughout the facility to access files equipment and communicate with customers and team members.
