As a Manufacturing Engineer you will work at the heart of our operations collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure safe efficient and highquality execution across our product lines. You will provide technical guidance to workshop and production teams troubleshoot issues on the shop floor and drive improvements that enhance cycle times reliability and productivity. You will take ownership of process optimization quality performance and HS&E compliance while supporting the introduction of new tools methods and technologies.

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying inspection features for rental tooling and updating or creating ITPs as required.

  • Providing survey dispositions after inspections to support refurbishment activities.

  • Delivering technical support and guidance to the workshop to ensure effective project execution.

  • Monitoring manufacturing cycle times and recommending improvements and action plans.

  • Defining appropriate test equipment for work scopes and coordinating with the tooling team to bring tools into maintenance.

  • Leading by example to achieve the highest standards in HSE and Quality performance.

  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align deliverables and share lessons learned.

  • Working closely with the shop floor to define and improve manufacturing tasks including lifting operations testing assembly and disassembly methods.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably aftermarket and repair solutions).

  • Have strong problemsolving process improvement and analytical skills.

  • Have shop floor experience or understanding of activities such as assembly/disassembly and pressure testing of large assemblies or schematics.

  • Have product knowledge of Subsea Rental Tooling.

  • Have strong problemsolving capability.

  • Have experience with Subsea XTs Subsea Wellhead Subsea Aftermarket or CWOR equipment (advantageous but not essential).
