CollaborateacrossfunctionsmaintainingcommunicationwithCoupangAdsteamstomanageexpectationsanddriveprocessoptimization.
Securenecessaryresourcesincludinghiringandmanagingthecoreteam.
Serveasthefinalescalationpointformajorpolicyandprocess-relatedissues.

BasicQualifications

8yearsofexperienceine-commerceadvertisingoperationsprocessmanagementorauditing.
Strongunderstandingofadvertisingworkflowswithprovenabilityinprocessoptimizationandauditing.
Proficientindataanalysisanddashboardmanagement(ExcelPowerPoint).
Excellentcross-functionalcommunicationandprojectmanagementskills.
FluentinEnglishforeffectivecommunicationwithglobalteams.
