Creative Designer Cape Town Based (Fully Remote)

About the role
The company is hiring a Creative Designer to join the marketing team. The ideal person is versatile commercially minded and confident working across digital design brand identity sales enablement material and video. You will turn complex ideas into simple compelling visual stories.
Key responsibilities
Design digital marketing assets including email campaigns landing pages infographics social media graphics and online ads
Create sales materials including one-pagers case studies battlecards and presentation templates
Build polished PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders and sales teams
Develop visual content for product launches webinars trade shows and executive events
Produce and edit short-form video content for campaigns demos and testimonials
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all company touchpoints
Work closely with marketing product and sales teams to understand requirements and timelines
Refine and improve designs based on data and feedback
Required experience and skills
Minimum of 5 years professional design experience ideally in B2B technology or SaaS
Strong digital design portfolio
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
Experience with basic video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects
Advanced PowerPoint design ability with strong layout and typography awareness
Excellent understanding of design principles colour composition and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently in fast changing environments
Preferred but not essential
Experience in financial services or compliance technology
Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS for emails or landing pages
Experience with motion graphics or animation
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
Experience using project management tools such as Asana or
