Strong grounding in adult learning & compliance learning principles. Compliance learning demands accuracy defensibility and behaviour change not just content delivery
Proven instructional design capability for digital learning. AI accelerates design it does not replace instructional judgment
Support a digital innovation learning approach by linking learning objectives to the Standard Bank competency library framework and developing appropriate learning experiences to address capability and performance gaps; make suggestions regarding Group core and universal learning experiences to supplement the business specific learning initiatives.
Handson experience with elearning authoring tools. Automation only works if the person understands the end product
