Job Description:
Work directly with co-founders Aran and Ben to accelerate Hydrologiqs growth. You will act as a force multiplier across business development marketing and strategy helping scale a platform that replaces diesel with clean energy. This high-impact role offers visibility across the entire business and a chance to shape the energy transition.

Location: Edinburgh York or Remote UK

What you will do:

• Drive business development by researching target markets drafting outbound communications and preparing high-stakes customer presentations.

• Support a 2025 seed fundraise through investor research financial modeling and the creation of compelling pitch materials.

• Manage operational workstreams including grant execution project reporting and the tracking of company-wide OKRs to ensure growth targets.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting operations or high-growth environments with a track record of managing varied responsibilities.

• Strong analytical and communication skills capable of translating complex clean energy concepts for investors and customers alike.

• A self-motivated low-ego problem solver who is passionate about climate impact and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of early-stage tech.
