Responsibilities
Create AI-generated photos and short-form videos aligned to our brand (concept prompts iterations final delivery)
Edit and polish assets (cuts captions transitions color formatting) for Reels/TikTok/Shorts and platform-native specs
Build and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar including posting schedules and campaign beats
Write captions hooks and CTAs; adapt copy to brand voice and audience
Publish and manage accounts (posting community replies comment moderation DMs escalation when needed)
Run light A/B testing (hooks thumbnails captions posting times) and apply learnings quickly
Track performance (views watch time retention CTR saves shares follower growth) and report insights
Collaborate with marketing/product/brand to create content for launches promos and evergreen series
Maintain an organized asset library (source files templates naming conventions usage rights notes)
Skills Required
Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok/Instagram/YouTube (portfolio required)
Strong prompt engineering for image/video generation (iterating styles consistency character/product continuity)
Video editing skills (CapCut Premiere Final Cut or equivalent) plus basic motion graphics is a plus
Visual design fundamentals (composition typography color pacing trend adaptation without losing brand identity)
Social media operations: scheduling community management content planning and platform best practices
Analytics literacy: can read insights and convert them into specific content changes
Copywriting: hooks captions and storytelling for performance
Organized workflow and fast turnaround; comfortable working with templates and repeatable systems
Familiarity with tools like Midjourney/Flux/SD Runway/Pika/Kling Photoshop/Canva and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite Later Buffer) is a plus
Bonus: basic ad creative understanding UGC-style scripting and brand guideline development
