Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Leading the Business Development Center overseeing staff who handle inbound/outbound customer calls/emails to book sales and service appointments ensuring lead conversion training reps on CRM/scripts tracking KPIs (appointments set/shown/sold) and collaborating with sales/marketing to boost dealership traffic and revenue.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and/or college degree or relative work experience exceptional interpersonal skills excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice). Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems. Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations. Experience with Drive Centric is preferred but not required.
