What you will do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of executive search assignments from initial sourcing to final placement and negotiation.

• Build and maintain deep relationships with high-level candidates and industry leaders through networking and outreach.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine search strategies and deliver exceptional market intelligence to clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses at least 5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment with a proven track record.

• Demonstrates a charismatic and persuasive communication style capable of engaging senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Exhibits a deep understanding of the London market and the ability to navigate complex hiring environments effectively.
