Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a composed and clinical professional to join an exclusive medical rotation. You will provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a mega-yacht. This role combines high-acuity nursing with an exceptional lifestyle traversing the Mediterraneans most scenic waters. Your itinerary includes stops in Taormina (Sicily) the Bay of Kotor Corfu and the Costa del Sol.
The Team You will integrate into a highly structured medical department. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes resident Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cadre. This is a supportive multidisciplinary environment that values clinical precision and teamwork.
The Safety To maintain the highest standards of care and staff well-being we operate a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are fully supported during duty hours and have guaranteed downtime to explore the coastlines and culture of our destinations.
The Process We value efficiency. The initial screening and interview process is conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this position from Bristol before any travel is required.

Requirements
Qualifications: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a mandatory credential.
Experience: You must have 4 years of Acute Care experience (ICU A&E or ER). We require clinicians who are confident in their assessment skills.
Language: Native or C1 English is required.
Attributes: We are looking for candidates who are adaptable discreet and capable of maintaining professional boundaries in a luxury setting.
