What are we looking for

We are looking for a drivenflexibleand agile Customer Services Assistant who will work within our Customer Services Teamon apermanent the first point of contact for customers you will have excellent communication skills be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail.

You will need to work well under pressure be able to manage your own workload and take a proactive approach to resolving customers enquiries across our varied platforms.

You will join a high performing team who deliver an outstanding service to our customers.

Hybrid working operates throughout North summary flexible agile and home working is available and in operation across the business. We all base ourselves in the office at least two days a week to ensure that we can continue to develop our relationships and culture. This approach was developed by all staff. Dialogue is welcomed on flexible working. Regular travel required between sites throughout the North East and North Yorkshire.
