Job Summary

Requirements:

CA Inter or Masters in Finance Accounting
23 years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP
Strong understanding of finance and supply chain accounting processes
Good communication and analytical skills
Design & Configure financial and supply chain reports
Assist in preparation of management and statutory reports
Maintain functional documentation and SOPs
Support audit compliance and data validation activities through accurate and consistent reporting

Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and ERP finance workflows
Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing accounting
Familiarity with Sage X3 functional architecture workflows and reporting tools
Assist in ERP implementation lifecycle activities
Configure and support GL AP AR Fixed Assets and Cost Accounting
Configure and support Inventory Control Sales & Purchase Modules
Assist with the chart of accounts and financial dimensions
Support data migration testing and UAT
Provide functional support and troubleshooting
Support period-end closing reconciliations and posting controls
Basic understanding of integrations between Sage X3 and third-party systems (e.g. Payroll BI Manufacturing)
