DescriptionWe are looking for an Implementation Consultant Jira (ITSM) to support and enhance our Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) platforms.
This role focuses on Level-1 and Level-2 support configuration troubleshooting and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Jira ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Provide Level-1 and Level-2 support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Troubleshoot workflows permissions automation and configuration issues
- Manage user access roles permission schemes and configurations
- Assist in workflow design and form configurations
- Handle incident and service request tickets related to Jira platform
- Coordinate with senior consultants for complex escalations
- Support system health monitoring and platform upgrades
- Maintain documentation and configuration consistency
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 13 years of hands-on experience in Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident Change Request)
- Experience with workflow configuration SLAs and permission schemes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Exposure to Jira Asset Management (Insight)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs HTML or JavaScript
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments
