DescriptionIWe are looking for an Implementation Consultant Jira (ITSM) to provide Level-1 and Level-2 operational support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM). The role focuses on configuration support issue troubleshooting workflow management and ensuring platform stability.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 13 years of hands-on JSM experience looking to grow within enterprise ITSM environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level-1 / Level-2 support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Troubleshoot workflow permission automation and configuration issues
- Manage user access roles schemes and permission controls
- Assist in basic workflow design and form configurations
- Handle incident and service request tickets related to Jira platform
- Coordinate with senior consultants for complex escalations
- Support system health monitoring and platform upgrades
- Maintain documentation and ensure configuration consistency
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 13 years of hands-on experience in Jira / Jira Service Management
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident Change Request)
- Experience with workflow configuration SLAs and permission schemes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Exposure to Jira Asset Management (Insight)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs HTML or JavaScript
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments
