Responsible for Premium Ultrasound Products in the North Region.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Responsible for selling Ultrasound Premium products and solutions in the North region.

  • Territory Management: Build in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and customer segments including Radiologists Gynaecologists and Cardiologists CEOs Hospital administrators.

  • Strategic Implementation: Leverage prior experience and commercial acumen to execute company strategies and achieve sales targets.

  • Business Acumen: Understand key business drivers and how individual contributions impact broader team and organizational goals.

  • Decision-Making: Operate within a defined framework while exercising autonomy in decisions related to projects product lines and customer engagement.

  • Problem Solving: Apply technical knowledge and analytical thinking to resolve challenges using internal resources as needed.

  • Individual Contribution: Act as a self-driven contributor with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamsincluding Product Application Service and Operationsto ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ultrasound Sales Experience: Prior experience in Ultrasound or medical imaging sales is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently.

  • Program Management: Capable of documenting planning marketing and executing strategic programs. Proven project management skills.

  • Professional Discipline: High level of discipline in work habits and execution ensuring consistency and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college is required. An MBA is an added advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales of medical equipment preferably in Ultrasound Sales.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to drive new business development and effectively collaborate with channel partners.
