Founding Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:
Join as a founding engineer to build a world-class firmware development platform from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO you will own major product areas end-to-end architecting complex technical systems for engineers building mission-critical hardware. This is a high-impact hands-on role defining the technical roadmap and building a team.

What you will do:

Design and implement full-stack features across desktop applications and cloud infrastructure.
Build zero-error computer vision systems and unified data ontologies for hardware documentation.
Evolve the technical roadmap and establish development best practices across the entire product portfolio.

The ideal candidate:

4 years of experience shipping 0-to-1 products specifically for highly technical users or developer audiences.
Full-stack expertise across React and Python with a focus on building scalable infrastructure.
Strong interest or background in firmware embedded systems or hardware-software integration workflows.
