As an Enrollment Specialist you will champion customer outcomes through education enrolling and ongoing communication and use these experiences to create retention strategies. Your strengths in soft skills will foster trustworthy relationships and enhance our customers this role you will be involved in consulting with and educating individual health insurance consumers demonstrating Millimans values at every touch point and delivering proactive support and guidance leading to their success.

Qualifications:
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders including employees client decision makers insurance carriers and brokers.
- Health insurance industry experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance is highly preferred.
- 2 years in Customer Success Advocacy Relationship Management Account Management or a similar role is a plus.
- Current life & health insurance license or ability to obtain within a short timeframe.
- Former Milliman interns may be preferred candidates.

Location
This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha Nebraska but candidates hired into this position may work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $54900 - $85100 depending on a combination of factors including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications location etc.
