Job Description:
As the Founding Launch Lead you will own the 0-to-1 expansion into San Francisco. You will build category-defining traction by driving candidate growth and onboarding flagship B2B customers. This high-agency role involves generating demand through community events closing early deals and architecting the scalable GTM playbook for future markets.

What you will do:

• Provide white-glove onboarding for early customers acting as the primary point of contact for feedback and success.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a former founder early GTM leader or deeply networked VC/talent professional in the Bay Area.

• A high-agency commercial hustler who excels in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments without needing predefined structure.

• Exceptional communicator with a history of high achievement and a deep existing network within the SF startup community.
