Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:
- Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areas
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products tools and procedures
- Cleaning duties include: sweeping mopping polishing trash dusting window cleaning clean and maintain restrooms
- Cover cleaning accounts when staff is absent or on vacation
- Assist supervisor with special floor projects; carpet cleaning strip and wax
- Replenish staff/job site supplies as needed
- Train on all accounts for coverage and training needs
- Support the area supervisor as required
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing walking pushing kneeling twisting reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Must be available Monday through Sunday AM and PM
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian janitor or housekeeper with floor care experience
