Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition and retention strategy. You will take full ownership of our performance marketing channels including Social Meta and Google Ads while scaling our affiliate network. This is a critical leadership role designed to accelerate our market presence and drive exponential growth.

The ideal candidate:

• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record in startup environments.

• Expert-level technical knowledge of Meta ads Google ads and social media advertising ecosystems.

• Academic background from a top-tier university with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
