As a Product Delivery Manager in Global Customer Platform Demand Intake and Prioritization you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers ensuring adequate resourcing and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Oversees and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of all incoming requests ensuring high-level awareness and understanding of each submission across the product organization.
- Serves as a key point of contact effectively communicating with all levels of leadership throughout the business to provide updates gather feedback and align on priorities.
- Organizes and lead monthly Head of Product meetings driving agenda setting facilitating discussions and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Delivers presentations to leadership at all levels articulating status challenges and strategic recommendations related to demand intake and prioritization.
- Develops monitor and refine reporting and analytics to support leadership decision-making leveraging data to highlight trends risks and opportunities within the product portfolio.
- Continuously track team capacity and shifting priorities for every line of business at JPMorganChase ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers ensuring adequate resourcing and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of leadership both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams including product business and technology partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create interpret and present data-driven reports and recommendations.
- Experience managing escalations and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and large groups.
- Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Excel Tableau) to support data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Experience working directly with executive leadership (Managing Directors C-suite) on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to automate routine tasks resulting in significant time savings and improved accuracy.
- Deep understanding of financial services industry trends regulatory requirements and best practices in product delivery and prioritization.
